At DP Valve Spares Ltd, we supply and ship industrial valve and actuator spares to customers worldwide. Our aim is to provide fast, reliable delivery with clear communication throughout the order process.

Order Processing & Lead Times

As a sourcing specialist, many products are obtained directly from manufacturers or approved suppliers. Lead times can therefore vary depending on:

  • Product type and material specification
  • Stock availability with the supplier
  • Any required testing or certification

We will confirm an estimated lead time when we provide your quotation or order confirmation. Once goods are received into our warehouse, orders are prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible - typically within 1 working day.

If you are working to a deadline, please let us know and we will always do our best to support your schedule.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and efficient delivery worldwide.

Approximate transit times (after dispatch):

  • UK Mainland: 1–3 working days
  • Europe: 2–5 working days
  • Rest of the World: 3–10 working days

Express options may be available on request.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Weight and dimensions of the shipment
  • Required service level

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us and we will provide a tailored shipping quote.

International Duties, Taxes & Customs

Some international orders may be subject to import duties or local taxes.
 These charges are the responsibility of the customer/recipient. Unfortunately, we are not able to estimate or cover these costs.

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues
