Access and use of our website, together with the sale and the purchase of products from the site, are governed by the terms and conditions set out below. By using the site you agree to accept the following terms and conditions. If you do not wish to accept these terms and conditions, you may choose not to use this site or contact us to ask for further information. A contract between DP Valve Spares Ltd (valve-spares.com) and the customer will exist once an order has been accepted, processed, dispatched and received.

In addition, DP Valve Spares Ltd does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this website is accurate, complete or current. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. Except as specifically stated on this website, to the fullest extent permitted at law, neither DP Valve Spares Ltd nor any of its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the information, content, materials or products included on this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties. For the avoidance of doubt, DP Valve Spares Ltd does not limit its liability for death or personal injury to the extent only that it arises as a result of the negligence of DPVS, its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives. Our catalogue and website images, descriptions and colours are subject to change and are for illustration only. In the event of a particular colour or variation not being available we will make every attempt to find a suitable alternative.
Due to the nature of our business, stock availability cannot be guaranteed. If your goods are in stock the order will be shipped in order to reach you as soon as possible. Payment is not taken from your credit card until stock has been checked and the order is ready for shipping. Please provide a valid email address on check out to ensure an order confirmation and tracking information can be received.
DP Valve Spares Ltd reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our absolute discretion. Whilst we try to ensure that such prices are accurate, DPVS reserve the right to correct the prices if we discover an error. In this event, you will be entitled to cancel your order or re-confirm it at the correct price.
Prices online may vary from dealing through DPVS directly. We are unable to price match with each other.
Cancellation of orders, given the nature of electronic commerce, is not possible online, if you would wish to cancel an order before it is dispatched please contact us on +44(0)1386 760033 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are unhappy with your goods once they have arrived you are entitled to return them for a refund or replacement. Please check the order confirmation screen carefully before completing your order.
PAYMENT & SECURITY
We accept payments from the majority of card providers and PayPal. For your security, all our credit card transactions are processed by Shopify or PayPal. They ensure that any card details sent by you are encrypted and held securely. No one else, including us, has access to your credit card details.
Delivery and Risk
We will not be responsible for any loss whatsoever arising from or consequential upon delay in delivery. Risk in the goods shall pass to you upon delivery. In the event we should fail to deliver within a reasonable time, you may cancel your order at any time after that and any funds paid by you will be returned in full. Customers must contact us about undelivered/missing parcels within 90 days of placing their order, all orders will be assumed delivered correctly unless contact is made within this timeframe.
IMPORTANT please ensure that you write your order number and address on any returns communication. We would suggest that you keep a note of your order number in case you need to contact us regarding your return. Non-faulty items must be sent back in their original unused condition within 100 days of the invoice date. Once received, we will offer an exchange or a full refund if required. You will be required to pay postage when returning your items to us. Faulty items are dealt with individually. In certain circumstances it may be necessary to send the item to the manufacturer, before we can accept them as faulty. Once we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will offer a repair, replacement, exchange or refund.
Title and Payment
Title to the goods comprised in the order shall not pass to you until the full price has been paid. Furthermore we reserve the right to sue for the price once payment becomes due notwithstanding that title may not have passed.
The buyer will ensure goods are not exported to any restricted areas under UK, EU or USA controls. Where controlled goods are being exported by a UK/EU company outside of the UK/EU, it is the buyers responsibility to obtain a suitable export license where required.
Damage in Transit
We will replace free of charge any goods proved to our satisfaction to have been damaged in transit provided that such damage is notified to us or the carriers in writing within 5 days of delivery.
We shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform any of our obligations under this order if the delay or failure is caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. For the purposes of this condition, "force majeure" shall include, but not be limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil disorder, industrial dispute, fire or explosions. Upon the happening of a "force majeure" event we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of our obligations.
We grant the following guarantee(s): Goods supplied will be guaranteed for a period of 12 months from delivery against failure due to poor workmanship or manufacturing defects and all will have to be inspected and agreed by DP Valve Spares Ltd as faulty. If any part of these terms and conditions are found to be unlawful it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining clauses. These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and DP Valve Spares Ltd. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of DP Valve Spares Ltd. None of the above affects you statutory rights under English Law.
